We have re-issued the 2019 NOGCA Annual report (published on Friday 13 December) to correct some figures in the Executive Summary that relate to the care of patients with high grade dysplasia (pages 3 and 4) and some figures in the infographics (pages 7 and 8). We regret the original report contained these errors and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. The report conclusions and recommendations are unchanged.
The Annual Report is accompanied by a Powerpoint template and a Local Action Plan Word template, which NHS organisations can use to review their Audit data and support local quality improvement activities.
