Trusts that provide care to patients with OG cancer and HGD should participate in this audit. All data for the audit is submitted via the NHS Digital Clinical Audit Platform (CAP). Data can be submitted directly into CAP or via CSV file upload. The CSV specification can be found within the Excel Dataset Validation Workbook.
